      This paper give a description of the general conditions of the development on salt lake resources. The theory outcome of the magnesium oxychloride cement researches is reviewed.It is important that the magnesium oxychloride cement is the development way of the salt lake resources,pointing out any new development in the field and any weighty problems of the magnesium oxychloride cement.
