      负热电离质谱法测定硼同位素组成,由于具有比正热法高的灵敏度和简单的样品制备过程,越来越受到人们的重视,特别是在低硼含量样品的硼同位素测定中发挥了重要作用。但需要注意的是该方法精度较低且易受CNO^-的同质异位素的干扰。作者对采用负热电离法测定硼同位素组成的原理、发射剂的选用、同质异位素的干扰以及在硼同位素地球化学研究中的应用等问题进行了总结。
英文摘要:
      NTIMS has been widely used due to its higher sensitivity and the simplicity of the sample preparation procedure compared with PTIMS. But its precision is easily affected by isobaric interference (CNO~-). This article summarizes the followings:the principle of NTIMS, the choice of loading reagents, the isobaric interference and the application of boron as a geochemical tracing tool.
