      研究了微机多元素分析仪对金属镁中的杂质元素测定的应用。通过对3种金属镁样品中Fe、Cu、Ni、Mn、Al、Zn、Cl和Si杂质含量的分析研究表明,使用微机多元素分析仪对杂质元素的测定结果与标准值之间的绝对误差较小,均小于国标的允许值。取6组高纯镁试样进行精密度实验,相对标准偏差均小于0.5%,t检验结果表明,该方法不存在系统误差。本测定方法简便快速,定量结果准确、重现性好,精密度高,适合快速分析的要求。

      This paper reported the application of PC Multi-element Analyzer for determining the contents of impurities in magnesium sample.By determining the contents of impurities,e.g.Fe, Cu,Ni,Mn,Al,Zn and Cl,in three magnesium samples using PC Multi-element Analyzer,it is found that the values of the absolute error between the determined results and the standard values are minor,which are less than the allowable values of the international standard.The accuracy tests of the six high-purity magnesium samples indicat...
