      通过对达里诺尔湖湖中心柱状沉积岩芯TN、TP、OM和粒度指标的测试与分析,探讨其垂向分布特征及影响因素。结果表明,营养盐TN、TP和OM的含量分别为2.12-3.71g.kg-1、0.48-0.74g.kg-1和4.71-7.97%,平均值分别为2.98g.kg-1、0.64g.kg-1和6.29%。1832-1941年,TN、TP和OM含量较为稳定且含量较低;1941-1965年,TN和TP含量不同程度上先增加后减小,OM含量为减小趋势,TN含量波动较大;1965-2011年,TN、TP和OM含量整体上为增加趋势。达里诺尔湖沉积岩芯营养盐的主要来源与人类活动和自然气候息息相关。沉积物中C/N值显示有机质及营养盐的主要来源为浮游动植物。沉积物粒级组成以黏土为主。相关性研究表明,沉积物中OM与TN和TP极显著相关,说明沉积物中氮主要以有机氮的形式存在,沉积物中有机质与磷的生物地球化学循环有密切的联系;TN与TP也表现出极显著相关性,说明沉积物氮、磷在沉积行为上有一定的相似性。沉积物中TN、TP和有机质与粒径小于4μm的颗粒呈正相关,与其他粒径的颗粒呈负相关。

      The TN, TP, OM and particle size in the columnar sediment core which located in the middle part of Dalinor was tested and analyzed for discussing its vertical distribution and influential factor. The result showed that the content of TN, TP and OM in nutrients is 2.12-3.71g?kg-1, 0.48-0.74g?kg-1and 4.71-7.97% respectively with mean value being of 2.98g?kg-1, 0.64g?kg-1和6.29% accordingly. The content of TN, TP and OM was low but stable from 1832 to 1942; while from 1941 to 1965, the content of TN and TP increase firstly and then decrease with different degree; but the content of OM tended to decline and the content of TN had larger fluctuation; furthermore, the content of TN, TP, and OM presented on increasing trend on the whole from 1965 to 2011. The major source of sediment core and nutrients in Dalinor Lake is related to human activity and physioclimate. C/N value of sediments showed that organic matter and nutrient mainly come from zooplankton and phytoplankton. Except that, primary composition of grain size of sediment is clay. Relative research demonstrated that OM had significant correlation with TN and TP in sediment, which revealed that the primary nitrogen in sediment is organic nitrogen; moreover, organic matter(OM) had a close relationship with biogeochemical cycling; besides, TN and TP also took on remarkable relevance, which stated that nitrogen and phosphorus have the certain similarity in depositing behavior. TN, TP and OM in sediment presented on positive correlation with grain which the diameter is less than 4μm, but revealed the negative correlation with grains which have other diameters.
