锐钛矿相TiO2只能响应在自然光中占5%左右的紫外光,不能利用可见光开展有机物的光催化降解,因此通过NaBH4高温还原的方法制备了缺陷型自掺杂黑色TiO2材料,考察了还原温度与还原时间对于材料晶体结构、微观形貌、光电性能及可见光条件下(λ ≥ 400 nm)对十八胺、十二烷基吗啉光催化降解活性的影响。结果表明,在300 ℃还原5 h条件下所制备的材料对十八烷胺和十二烷基吗啉中的胺态氮6 h降解率分别为77.56%和69.59%,相比于锐钛矿相TiO2(14.11%和21.92%)有所提升。相关表征测试说明,高温还原方法成功实现对材料的缺陷构筑,提升了TiO2材料对可见光的吸收和响应能力,提高了可见光下对钾肥浮选药剂的降解效率。 |

Anatase can only respond to the ultraviolet light which accounts for about 5% of the natural light, and is unablt to carry out the photocatalytic degradation of organic matters under visible light. Therefore, the defective self-doped black TiO2 material was prepared by the method of NaBH4 high-temperature reduction. The effects of reduction temperature and reduction time on the crystal structure, microscopic morphology, photoelectric properties and visible light conditions (λ≥400 nm) of the material were investigated. The results showed that the degradation rate of amine nitrogen in octadecylamine and dodecylmorpholine was 77.56% and 69.59% respectively, which was higher than that of anatase TiO2. Relevant characterization tests showed that the high-temperature reduction method successfully achieved the defect construction of the material, improved the absorption and response ability of TiO2 material to visible light, and improved the degradation efficiency of potassium fertilizer flotation agent under visible light. |
