梁中凹地的梁十井卤水是 Na/K质量比值达到 55,KCl含量只有 0.3%的边界品位钾矿。为保证粮食安全,需要增加钾肥的续替资源。文章因地制宜,进行了冷冻、日晒结合的野外精制实验,以低温冷冻析出 NaCl.2H2O的形式去除部分氯化钠和水,继续通过日晒蒸发将卤水 Na/K值降低到 12以下,使其达到钾肥生产的原料要求。 |

Liang Shi Jing brine in Liangzhong concave is a cut-off-grade potash ore with Na/K mass ratio of55 and potassium content of only 0.3%. In order to ensure the food security,it is necessary to inrcrease the sustainablealternativeresourcesofpotashfertilizers.Afieldrefiningexperimentcontainingfreezingand solar evaporation was carried out according to the local conditions.As aresult,part of sodium chloride and water were removed in the form of NaCl·2H2O by low-temperature freezing,and the Na/K value of brine wasfurtherreducedtobelow 12bysolarevaporation,sothatthe finalbrine meetstheraw materialrequire-mentsforpotashfertilizerproduction. |
