      本文以研究较多的从高镁锂比卤水中萃取提锂的中性磷酸酯类锂萃取剂TBP(磷酸三丁酯)和酰胺类锂萃取剂N523(二-2-乙基己基乙酰胺)为代表,系统考察了TBP和N523对H3BO3和HCl的萃取性能。研究结果表明TBP对H3BO3的萃取能力远强于N523,TBP与H3BO3形成的络合物结构为H3BO3·2TBP,MgCl2对TBP和N523萃取H3BO3均有明显的盐析效应。N523对HCl的萃取能力强于TBP,MgCl2和LiCl对TBP和N523萃取HCl均具有明显的盐析效应。

      In this paper, the extraction performance of neutral lithium phosphate extractant (TBP) and amide-based lithium extractant (N523) for H3BO3 and HCl was systematically investigated. The two extractants mentioned above were mainly applied to the study of lithium extraction from brines with high Mg/Li ratio. The results showed that the extraction ability of TBP for H3BO3 was much stronger than that of N523, and the structure of the complex formed by TBP and H3BO3 was H3BO3-2TBP. MgCl2 has a significant salting-out effect on the extraction of boric acid by TBP and N523. The extraction ability of N523 for HCl was stronger than that of TBP, and MgCl2 and LiCl had a significant salting-out effect on HCl extraction by both TBP and N523. The results of the study can provide some theoretical guidance for the subsequent optimization of the process conditions of lithium extraction from boron-containing brines using these two types of lithium extractants.
