      On the basis of the special connection of salt marsh with water environment, the paper effectively analyzes the problems aroused by reclaiming salt marsh. At the same time ,according to the specific situation of west of Jilin, the paper puts forward effective preventing measures, so as to instruct the exploitation and using of salt marsh, and guarantee a continuable development of the society and economy.
