      在掌握天青石理化特性的基础上,进行了天青石碳热还原热力学分析,并通过模拟转底炉直接还原工艺,开展了天青石含碳球团还原的试验研究。试验结果表明,转底炉直接还原工艺处理天青石是可行的,在还原温度为1 200 ℃、C/O原子比为0.8、恒温时间为20 min的条件下,天青石中SrSO4的转化率能够达到95%以上,而且天青石精矿的利用率接近100%。为合理高效地利用天青石资源奠定理论基础和技术依据。

      :In this study, physical, chemical and microscopic characteristics of celestine were investigated firstly.Then,the thermodynamic analysis of celestine reduction was discussed.And the experiments of celestinecarbon-containing pellets used in rotary hearth furnace process were studied.The results showed that it is feasible to deal with celestine by rotary hearth furnace direct reduction process.When the temperature is 1 200 ℃, C/O is 0.8 and holding times is 20 min, the conversion rate of SrSO4 in celestine is above 95%,the utilization rate of Celestine is nearly 100%.This study can provide theoretical and technical basis on economical and rational use of celestine.
